About the Client Company

We are currently looking for machine operators for our client located just outside Borås. The company is engaged in industrial production within metal processing and is looking to expand its workforce. A structured work environment with a focus on quality and safety is offered here.

Job Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you will work in production with responsibility for operating and monitoring machines within metal processing. Together with colleagues, shift leaders, and maintenance, you will ensure order, safety, and an efficient production flow.

Your tasks may include:

Starting, setting up, and monitoring machines
Handling materials and metal components
Ongoing quality control according to drawings and instructions
Measuring and controlling tolerances
Troubleshooting and reporting production deviations

Working hours: Shift work, full-time 100%
Location: Just outside Borås
Start date: By agreement

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with experience in the metal industry who enjoys practical work. You are meticulous, responsible, and have an understanding of quality, tolerances, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Experience as a machine operator in metal or similar industrial production
Experience in metal processing or metal production
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Driver's license and access to a car

Meritorious:

Experience with CNC-controlled machines (lathe, milling, press, bending, or similar)
Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances
Experience with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Forklift or overhead crane license
Technical education in industry or workshop
